Raquel Rojo Delgado
Raquel Rojo Delgado graduated in 2011 as a physiotherapist from the University of A Coruña (Spain) and as a chiropractor in 2015 from the University of Southwales (United Kingdom).
During her physiotherapy training, she work in many hospital departments including: respiratory physiotherapy, oncologic physiotherapy, gait reeducation, orthotic and prosthetics; manual therapy, central and peripheral neurologic rehabilitation, trauma, specific shoulder treatments, physiotherapy for amputees and vascular pathology, physiotherapy for conditions of the central nervous system, cranial trauma and brain tumors, elderly, spinal cord lesions, cardio-respiratory physiotherapy for cardiac surgery and transplant, management of infantile brain palsy, and sport. She has attended an Autism Disorders seminar and multiple running marathons as a physiotherapy assistant.
In July 2011, she started working in a private clinic. She stopped after two months to commence her Master of Chiropractic studies in the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. She continued working at the physiotherapy clinic during the summers of 2012, 2013 and 2014.
Having now graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, she is volunteering to run the Botswana clinics for a year.
