Ontario Chiropractic Association Webinar on COVID Guide for Managing Spine Pain

As a result of the COVID-19 global pandemic, most primary spine care clinicians are unable to see their patients. In partnership with the Global Spine Care Initiative and a panel of 28 spine care authorities and clinicians from 10 countries on four continents, World Spine Care has developed resources to help clinicians manage their patients’ spinal pain in the time of physical distancing.

The two guides for Managing Back and Neck Pain During COVID-19 are provided for free to primary spine care clinicians and patients suffering from spinal pain or disorders.

Members of the collaborating team were invited to present to the Ontario Chiropractic Association via a live webinar on May 13, 2020.

Dr. Scott Haldeman (Founder) and Dr. Jean Moss (President & CEO) were joined by Dr. Moez Rajwani (Vice President of World Spine Care Canada Board of Directors) and Dr. Pat Tavares (Clinical Coordinator for World Spine Care in the Dominican Republic) to outline the clinical guides and discuss how they can be used to triage and manage spine pain in Canada. The discussion was moderated by Stefanie Ince, Executive Director for World Spine Care.

A full recording of the presentation can be viewed here.
