Kerra Quinn
Kerra Quinn completed her Bachelor of Science degree with distinction, majoring in Biological Sciences and minoring in Science Psychology, from the University of Alberta in 2007. She then went on to complete her Masters in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Alberta in 2010.
Kerra is a registered member of the Canadian Physical Therapy Association in both the Orthopaedic and Global Health Division, the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta, as well as, the Vestibular Disorder Association.
The majority of Kerra’s work experience has been as a private practice physical therapist, although she had spent time working as a medical examiner for an occupational testing facility and as an athletic therapist for junior hockey teams with the Alberta Hockey Association. Kerra enjoys treating orthopedic injuries holistically using biomechanical evaluation, manual therapy, exercise prescription, acupuncture, and patient education. She believes patient understanding, and active participation in the treatment process, is key to the successful achievement of rehabilitation goals.

I also found it a strong reminder of why I got into my profession and it reminded me how gratefully I am to have an occupation that I am so passionate about.”
