The Spine Ride is Back – and This Time We Want You to Join Us!

World Spine Care Europe is pleased to announce this year’s Spine Ride, and this year, we want you to join us – either in person or from the comfort of your home, gym, or local trails or paths.

Over the past 6 years, World Spine Care Europe has raised many thousands in donations for our worldwide projects to provide spinal care for those in under-served countries. This year, our aim is to raise £10,000 from generous donors, riders, and (hopefully) sponsors.

Register Today - Participate in Two Ways

In-person (maintaining social distancing to keep everyone safe)

A thrilling 5-day challenge where you’ll ride 400 miles from June 23rd–June 27th, 2021, starting in Penzance to Plymouth, Taunton, Christchurch, Brighton, and finally north to London and Marble Arch - the finishing point where our very first spine ride adventure began 6 years ago.

This carefully curated ride will take you through some of the most incredible places in Europe where you’ll be accompanied by other amateur riders, great food, and beautiful scenery.

OR

Virtually

For those who are unable to physically join us, but would still like to participate, this ride is for you. From the comfort of your home, you can still ride 400 miles (or any distance of your choosing) from May 27th–June 27th, either as an individual or on a team. Choose to participate on a regular bike, electric bike, exercise bike – or by walking, running, swimming – however you like to stay active. Don’t forget to record your mileage as you go!
